Walking Tour New Córdoba and Güemes with mate and alfajor: art and local life

The tour lasts 3 hours
Available in Spanish

Description

Discover a different Córdoba: modern, cultural, green, and bohemian. In this tour, we will walk through Nueva Córdoba, Parque Sarmiento, Capuchinos, and Güemes, combining history, architecture, urban art, university life, and a local pause with mate and regional alfajor.

This tour is ideal for those who want to step out of the classic historical center circuit and get to know a younger, everyday, and cultural area of the city.

We will start at the entrance of the Museo Palacio Ferreyra, one of the most elegant architectural gems of Córdoba. From there, we will explore Plaza España and the surroundings of the Dionisi and Caraffa museums, where art, heritage, and urban life connect.

Then we will enter Parque Sarmiento, one of the city's most important green lungs. There, we will visit some of its most representative spaces, such as the Enchanted Lagoon, the Eiffel Wheel, and the Coniferal Viewpoint, from where we can appreciate another perspective of Córdoba.

During the tour, we will share a mate session and a regional Sol Serrano alfajor, adding a relaxed, close, and truly Cordoban moment to the experience.

Afterwards, we will continue to the Church of the Capuchins, one of the city's most striking landmarks, and proceed through Paseo del Buen Pastor, Plaza Vélez Sársfield, La Cañada, and Barrio Güemes.

We will finish in the area of Paseo de las Artes, with real recommendations for bars, pubs, fairs, cultural spaces, and places to continue enjoying the Cordoban night.

More than a traditional guided tour, this experience aims for you to know Córdoba through its stories, urban landscapes, flavors, and local life.
