Hi, I’m Madiyarbek, a professional photographer and licensed local guide from Khiva.
Photography runs in my family — my father was a photographer, and I grew up capturing the beauty of our city.
I hold two Bachelor’s degrees, including one in International Relations and World Politics, and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree.
With years of experience in guiding and a strong background in culture and history, I love showing visitors the hidden gems of Khiva while helping them take unforgettable photos

Between capturing unforgettable shots, we’ll enjoy authentic Uzbek flavors and local street food, experiencing the culture not only through the eyes but also through the taste of the city. Every stop tells a story — and every photo keeps it alive.
With a strong background in guiding and photography, and a lifelong passion passed down from my father — also a photographer — I see Khiva not just as a city, but as a living work of art. 💡 Note:
To enter Ichan Qala (the old city), visitors need an entrance ticket that costs 250,000 UZS (around $20).
The ticket is valid for 2 days and can be paid by Visa or MasterCard.

I am a licensed professional guide with deep knowledge of Khiva’s history and culture.
As this is a tip-based experience, participants are welcome to contribute a fair amount — usually between €10 and €50 per person, depending on your satisfaction and experience.
