If I told you there's a medieval town 40 minutes' drive from Valladolid that has more bookstores than bars, what would you think?
Well, it exists and it's called Urueña and it's the first town in Spain named 'Villa del Libro'.
It's a beautiful walled town located in a strategic area from where you can enjoy stunning views of the Torozos Mountains, its incredible bookstores, its Santa María del Azogue Church, and several of its museums.
Let yourself be carried away by the magic of its cobblestone streets and come with me to learn more about its history and gastronomy, as the tour will end next to the Entretierras Restaurant.
The best sunsets in the province are in Urueña.

The meeting point will be next to the Puerta del Azogue, next to the large map of Urueña and the letters 'Villa del Libro'. I am a tall girl, I will probably be smiling and I will be carrying an extendable stick with a handkerchief tied at one end, my guide card around my neck and my amplifier, ready for you to enjoy Urueña.
