Tour description
On this tour, you will learn about the real history of Concepción, from its foundation to its current cultural and university role.
You will discover local spaces that showcase our Penquista identity.
I will take you to privileged photographic spots, some little known by tourists.
Cerro Caracol, Enrique Molina Garmendia theater, waterfalls, among others, will be places you can get to know in depth.
You will learn to read the urban and natural landscape, understanding the Biobío River, the lagoon, Cerro Caracol, and how the great earthquakes transformed the city with cartographic and photographic material!
You will have an immersive experience, connecting with the local essence: music (we will visit one of the places with the best Jazz scene in Concepción), nature (you will get to know our park from a historical perspective), memory, and everyday Penquista life.
