Bukhara - The Eternal City of the Silk Road
Description
This personalized and exclusive tour focuses on the Silk Road and the special role Bukhara played in the ancient global trade route. First, as a local expert, I'll share stories about the locals, Bukhara's history, culture, and traditions, which you won't find in any guidebook. Then, we'll literally immerse ourselves in history: we'll visit caravanserais, meet local craftsmen who pass down traditions from generation to generation, discuss how goods and ideas were exchanged, learn about the religions that existed, and experience the hospitality of the locals.

• If you would like to book a tour with me, please read the following notes : Tours on the GuruWalk platform usually do not have a fixed price. At the end of the tour, each traveler leaves a tip depending on how much they appreciated the tour and the service, between (at least) 15 euros and 50 dollars per person . However, some people usually ask what a fair tip would be. In Uzbekistan, Italian-speaking tour guides are generally paid between 70 and 100 euros per day. But since you are the best judge of the tour and its value, the final decision rests with your generosity.
