Tour description
Foshan Ancestral Temple, built during the Northern Song Dynasty, is a gem of Lingnan architecture. Also known as the "Beidi Temple", it covers an area of about 25,500 square meters. The architectural complex features typical Lingnan - style buildings, with exquisite decorations such as pottery sculptures, wood carvings, and brick carvings. It is not only a religious belief center but also a place to showcase Foshan's traditional culture. There are also the Huang Feihong Memorial Hall and the Yewen Pavilion inside.
Next to it is Lingnan Tiandi. It preserves a large number of ancient Lingnan buildings, such as pot - eared houses and grey - brick houses. This district combines tradition with modernity. There are more than 220 characteristic shops, including international brand stores, niche boutiques, and traditional handicraft shops. People can not only enjoy Foshan's specialty snacks but also experience the unique charm of Lingnan culture.

The Huang Feihong Memorial Hall in Foshan Ancestral Temple honors the legendary Cantonese martial artist and healer. It displays his life relics, martial arts weapons and historical photos, recounting his legendary life of practicing martial arts for justice and helping the poor. The hall also features frequent lion dance and martial arts performances, vividly inheriting his spirit and Foshan's profound martial arts culture.
