Welcome to the "Pink City"! Are you ready to discover Yerevan not as a mere tourist, but through the eyes of those who have chosen to call it home?
My name is Alex, and I'll take you on a journey through history and everyday life. It won't be a typical list of dates, but a full immersion into the soul of an extraordinary people.
What we will see together:
- Statue of Tamanyan: where the face of the modern city was born.
- Opera House & Northern Avenue: between culture and contemporary luxury.
- Piazza della Repubblica: the beating heart of pink tuff.
- Metro & Abovyan Street: a dive into the Soviet past and the oldest street in the city.
- Piazza Aznavour: between cinema and stories of the diaspora.
- Vernissage: the colours and scents of local crafts.
- The Cascade: closing with a breathtaking view of Mount Ararat.
The magic moment:
Halfway through, we'll stop for an authentic Armenian coffee. In this relaxing ritual, I'll reveal the secrets to enjoying Armenia to the fullest: from the best restaurants to hidden gems outside the city.
