We will turn back the clock and journey into Singapore's past through an engaging tour around the Civic District, where we will learn about the fascinating history of colonial Singapore. Next, we will cross the Singapore River and explore the old Chinese settlement, now transformed into the Central Business District and Chinatown. We will visit and learn about how some of the old religious and social institutions played an important roles in the lives of the early Chinese pioneers. Food tasting will be part of the tour, for what better way to discover Singapore’s past and present than to delve into her rich and diverse food culture.
