Discover Everyday Singapore in a Local Neighbourhood - Redhill

This new tour itinerary is specially curated for travellers who want to see a more authentic, less touristy side of Singapore.

This walking tour takes you through Redhill, a historic residential neighbourhood where everyday Singapore life unfolds.

We’ll stop by the lively Redhill Market and Food Centre, where you’ll learn how wet markets work and why some still prefer them over supermarkets. We’ll also stop by some iconic hawker stalls—ranging from beloved local legends to Michelin-listed gems. Feel free to grab a quick snack mid-tour or circle back for a full lunch afterward.

As we walk through nearby public housing estates, you’ll learn how around 80% of Singaporeans live in public housing and how these neighbourhoods are designed to support community life. Along the way, we’ll visit a Chinese temple, fitness corner, and other everyday spaces that shape local life.

Looking for meaningful souvenirs that won't break the bank? Let me show you some of the most iconic gifts you can pick up right from a local supermarket and Enabling Village - a hub of inclusivity and social impact.

The tour lasts 2 hours and 45 minutes
