Guadalajara on Film. A tour of the best locations.
Description
How many films have been shot in Guadalajara? In the capital, we go back to 1960, with Aunt Tula in black and white and Spartacus at Peña Hueva.
And then, more filming, series, Melendi music videos , promos… We're like something out of a movie and we deserve a movie tour, a guided tour, an Oscar-worthy free tour.
We begin at the Fort of San Francisco , industrial buildings that have served as a setting for MORTADELO AND Filemon, Superstar or Brothers.
The old prison or central jail, streets, modern buildings, abandoned places, our Plaza Mayor or the Provincial Council building. And some further afield, which we'll see in images like: the zoo, the cemetery or sports centers, put Guadalajara on the big screen or in our living rooms, in films by Santiago Segura or with series like El Príncipe or Cuéntame, su Majestad or Las Chicas del Cable and El Tiempo entre costuras.
Bring your camera, water, comfortable shoes, and some popcorn.
Don't forget your mobile phone. We'll need to look up information and photos. The tour lasts approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on the group.
