Slow Nature Walk: Forest Bathing and Ecological Learning

  • 3 hours
  • English

Description

Do you want to immerse yourself in the forests of the Stockholm Archipelago?

Join me for a slow, sensory walk through the forest. A chance to step away from the rush of the city and experience the landscape in a different way. Take the metro 10 minutes away from the Old Town, and be welcomed in Nacka Naturereserve.

Through gentle forest bathing activities, we’ll use all our senses to notice the trees, moss, birds, rocks, and other living beings around us. Along the way, I’ll share stories about the forest, Swedish folklore, and the ecology of the places we walk through. But this isn’t just a walk through the forest. It’s an invitation to slow down, get curious, and see what the forest might mean to you.
We’ll finish with a tea ceremony, sharing stories and reflections from the walk.

Come for the forest. Stay with the feeling of connection.
