I think the tour is a good way to spend the evening before leaving for the safari so you can get to know Arusha a bit more. Scott still held the tour even though I was the only person who signed up. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I think the tour is just OK because at half of the locations there is the underlying expectation for you to buy things as a tourist (the Tanzanite Experience, spice market and the Masai market). I did learn some things at these locations and the vendors were nice but I do not think it makes for the best tour. I would recommend doing this tour with more than one person to have a better time.
Our guide Innocent, was very well informed and gave us a great insight into Tanzanian history. We loved his information at the Natural History museum and our tour through the local market was fun. Thank you!!
Great walking tour in Arusha
Very nice and open person. Answers all your questions even if it is not part of the tour. Takes his time to explain very well. 10 out of 10 guide. Perfect English.
We’ ve been walking trough the town for 2h. He explains us about the history of tanzania and he answer more qüestions about the lifestyle here. We Highly recomend this experience with him!! Asante sana
