Cheryl - Stadtführer in Hangzhou

Nach sieben Jahren in den Niederlanden und einem Jahr in Malaysia bin ich in meine geliebte Heimatstadt Hangzhou in China zurückgekehrt. Ich bin ein Naturliebhaber, der gerne durch Wälder streift, Bergpfade erkundet und im Meer schwimmt. Reisen ist mein Lebensweg: Das Knüpfen tiefer Verbindungen und das Eintauchen in neue Kulturen bereichern mein Leben. Nicht zuletzt bin ich ein großer Feinschmecker und veranstalte in meiner Freizeit gerne Kochworkshops. Es macht mir so viel Spaß, mich über Esskultur auszutauschen und Lebensgeschichten zu teilen. Mein Lebensmotto? Folge meinem Herzen und lebe im Hier und Jetzt – denn das Leben ist zu kurz, um es nicht zu tun.

I really enjoyed the tour with Cheryl. She is very kind, informative, patient and friendly. I would recommend the tour to anyone who wants to know more about local food and Chinese medicine (i even got a free diagnosis from a Chinese medicine doctor!!).

100% recommended, it was not only a food tour but also historical explanations about the city and a very interesting introduction to Traditional Chinese Medicine! Cheryl was very helpful, entertaining and informative, I really enjoyed having this tour with her!

Cheryl is such a great tour guide . She is an authentic Hangzhou person , knowledgeable about the history, traditions, and flavors of her city. She also has great energy and is absolutely lovely. Highly recommended — a morning with Cheryl is wonderful! 🌞

Excellent tour. Cheryl is a great guide and incredibly knowledgeable about local food and traditional Chinese medicine. The food at all the stops was amazing and not something I would have ever found on my own. Cheryl also recommended some great places for lunch/dinner and helped me get the tea I was looking for.

Fantastic tour - a must do in Hangzhou! 🙌 Cheryl speaks perfect English and is an amazing host. We tried food and drinks we would never have been brave enough to order and they were all delicious. Cheryl is a real foodie and knows a lot about the culinary history of Hangzhou and wider China. The visits to bustling markets and a historic pharmacy still practicing traditional Chinese medicine were a bonus. 6 stars or more 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
