With all due respect, you are not only the worst guest I have ever received, but also the worst human being I have ever seen in my life!! First, you were over an hour late. why didn't you start your racist speech with this? Your excuse was that you hadn’t eaten all day and needed to find a vegetarian restaurant. I went above and way far beyond to be professional—I kept responding to your constant messages while I was busy presenting to another guest during the tour. I could have ignored your messages, given that you were already extremely late, but I didn’t, because I understand that traveling in a foreign country can be difficult. Yet you acted like I owed it to you. We even had to stop the tour midway to locate you when you finally arrived somewhere near us—70 minutes after the tour had already started. No apology, no sorry, no nothing when you finally showed up! Yet simply a small talk by asking : ‘what’s with the mask’ turned me into a demon??!! And this became sarcasm to you?!! You should have your lunatic mind fixed! Now it looks like my kindness was so wasted on a piece of trash like you. Let’s not forget about your racist comments: all elderly Chinese people, all, are rude to you. I have hosted over ten thousand international tourists so far. Some may have been frustrated by how little English Chinese people speak, but none of them ever complained that ALL old Chinese people are rude. Or maybe they were to you, now I understand why, and you deserve it! Your appearance to my tour was the only reason why the group was small, because you jinxed it, and only to create trouble with all your ridiculous narcissistic behavior! You are NOT a princess, you are NOT a queen, You are NOT trump! Qing dynasty was already over 200 hundreds years ago! And now you are still expecting everyone to serve as a royalty? take a private tour if you need to be treated like one. And stop the madness, the ridiculous ego, not everyone should be bullied by weird pathetic spices like you with your tainted 3 dollars! I showed the utmost professionalism and respect, yet you insulted me, my job, and the Chinese people. I say without any hesitation that i am a nice person.
