Ich wurde in Shanghai geboren und habe dort mein ganzes Leben lang gelebt. Ich habe die schlechten und guten Zeiten des chinesischen Handelszentrums erlebt und finde immer noch neue Inspirationen. Ich reise in viele Länder und Kontinente und bin immer auf der Suche nach neuen Freunden aus allen Teilen der Welt. Ich möchte meine Heimatstadt teilen und den Menschen helfen, die bestgehüteten Geheimnisse zu entdecken, die mich selbst dazu gebracht haben, diese Stadt zu lieben!
Travelling alone it can be hard to try different foods in China, as all the portions are huge. This tour made it possible to share many different dishes with explanation on how to eat and much more. Things I would never order from a menu that tasted amazing (and not that amazing). Don't know if I will ever succeed in eating soup dumplings without making a mess but at least I now know better how it should be done.
Bill is excellent!!! I highly recommend him!!! He knows everything about the city, the history, culture, politics and economy of Chinese society!!

We ate original Shanghai dumplings recommended by Bill. With his tips, is a better experience. We walk the city at night looking for a pleasent meal and ended with a nice surprise!
The circle around French Consecion and learn a little about Shanghai history with Bill's insides. Shanghai is more enjoyable knowing that someone is there to tell you histories. Great experience
