Amazing day in old cairo with Youssuf. Very knowledgeable and a great guide. Was a pleasure to tour with him.
A whirlwind tour using the Metro and small minibus to reach many of the important churches and mosques. Amazing insight into the history of the city and the country.
Youssef was a great guide and provided interesting information. However, like a few other reviews, this tour should be renamed to reflect that it is not showing Old Cairo but rather only Churches/Synagogues/Mosques. It got really old after the 2nd one and it was all more of the same for the next few hours and I found myself dozing off. I'd have preferred not to take 5-10 minutes taking pictures at each site considering they are all very similar - this tour was only supposed to take about 4 hrs but took closer to 6-6.5 hours. This tour could really be condensed down to 2-3hrs.
Very nice walk. Mohamed is knowledgeable and amazing photographer.
