Carlos was very informative and gave great recommendations and advice. The opening speech and all the talk about the tip I thought was a bit off putting and nearly made us not go on tour. One, it was all covered off in the booking email and secondly I think if that is how they feel about the tip, they should just charge a fee.
The tour was great! It is very informative and gives a back story to Santiago’s history, architecture and culture.
