Jamie was very nice and friendly, you don’t need to be a good runner as he will go at a slower or faster pace The route was a little repetitive. We did enjoy the tour overall as was a different way to see the city

Jamie was a great host, its a way to discover a city and practice a little cardio in a busy city where is not that easy to find a place to run. Jamie was very helpful and kind when we had questions , even later on too . We recommend .
