Kimi was the person we met during our 20 days in China who spoke the best English, and it was our best tour in China. She is incredibly patient and explained everything we asked about the country, especially the city: its history, customs, food, insights, how to avoid tourist traps, and the essence of Chengdu. Our two-hour tour lasted five hours thanks to Kimi's energy. Kimi also showed us and explained the food and eating habits. We even tried several dishes, so we could consider our tour a food tour as well. We couldn't have had better company on our Chengdu tour; Kimi is simply infectious and showed us the soul of Chengdu If you are in Chengdu, do the guru walk with Kimi, I highly recommend it.
We had the tour with Kimi and she was punctual and provided us a lot of information. She told us people’s habits, what to explore more in the city, tips to avoid tourist traps and also showed us places where to eat. I definitely recommend this tour is very useful and you learn a lot about the city.
I was very lucky to have Kimi as our tour guide in Chengdu. She not only showed us beautiful parts of the city but also gave us fascinating insights into its history and culture. Kimi is incredibly friendly, professional, and speaks excellent English. Her passion for Chengdu is contagious, and I felt well taken care of at all times. Highly recommended!
Absolutely incredible. The time spent with Kimi was genuinely one of the highlights of my 5 week trip. The tour itself is great - and Kimi’s historical + cultural knowledge of the city is truly impressive. More importantly though, Kimi is truly has a fun and energetic energy that is powerful. We didn’t just see sights. I got a real taste of what life in Chengdu is like for locals. And what life is like for Kimi in this city. Of the many tours that I have done with Guru, this stands out as an experience that I will probably never forget. Thank you!!!
We absolutely loved this tour!! Meeting Kimi was the highlight of our time in Chengdu! She is full of energy, funny, open and super easy to talk to. It was so cool to ask all our questions about China to a local who speaks English so well and it felt like hanging out with a good friend. We got to taste local food aswell and learn about Chinese culture first hand from Kimi. Exactly what we like when traveling!:) I can strongly recommend this tour! Thank you so much Kimi!!!
