Bridgette met us on time and we chatted with her. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The information provided was the right balance of history and local color and anecdotes. The Bo Kap was revealed nicely. She was also very considerate and took time to direct us to our next destination after the tour finished. Our first Guru Tour experience sets the stage for

Our tour was absolutely informative and fun. The little stories made up the tour. I loved them. Bridget is friendly and professional. Also loved the koeksuster on the side, that was delish. This tour is highly recommended.

Great tour with plenty of information about the realities of south african history and present sociopolitical trajectory with an authenticity hard to find anywhere else. If you want a tour with basic, cut and dry info about SA, Michael can do that; but if you want a more nuanced and compelling perspective of SA, Michael can also deliver that. Great tour and still digesting all that we learned/discussed!
