Slava was a wonderful tour guide! He shared lots of interesting history about Sintra and about Portugal in general. I loved hearing the less-known stories and complex past. He was also helpful with planning what to do post-tour.

Slava es un guía preparado, original y documentado, que disfruta contando las curiosidades y secretos de Sintra y te hace ver el ambiente mágico de la ciudad. Se nos pasó el tiempo volando con todo lo que nos contó, un tour muy ameno. Sin duda, fue una suerte encontrar a Slava para guiarnos por Sintra y darnos las claves para conocer realmente la ciudad.

Slava is an excellent, knowledgeable, passionate and engaging guide. I was lucky enough to be able to book his ‘History-mystery-tradition’ walking tour and it was extremely interesting and informative. He also gave me lots of hints for places to visit and places to eat. Slava is a really nice guy, a walking encyclopaedia and I would urge you to take part in one of his tours. This was without doubt the best walking tour that I’ve been on and I’ve been on many over the years!

Sin duda, el mejor free tour que hemos hecho. Gracias a Wenceslao, la visita se nos ha hecho súper entretenida, amena y divertida. Tiene una forma de contar la historia que consigue que quieras seguir escuchándole en todo momento. Se nota que le apasiona lo que hace y transmite esa pasión a todo el grupo. No solo nos explicó la historia de Sintra, sino también la de Portugal, llena de curiosidades y detalles interesantísimos. Además, nos llevó por calles, rincones y recovecos que jamás habríamos descubierto por nuestra cuenta y que ni siquiera teníamos pensado visitar. Ha conseguido que veamos Sintra de una forma completamente diferente. Lo recomendamos al 100 % y, si tenéis la oportunidad de hacer un tour con Wenceslao, no lo dudéis. Es, sin ninguna duda, el mejor guía que hemos tenido. ¡Muchísimas gracias por una experiencia inolvidable!

Slava was very informative and we appreciated how he took us exploring without having to walk up any high hills . Only a few stairs and some minor inclines which makes tour very doable for many. He had many interesting stories and was friendly. Would take a tour with him again amd definitely recommend his tour.

Venceslau was a superb guide. He was very knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting facts that are not really covered in a “regular” tour. This tour was exactly was I was looking for, a mix of mysticism, hermetismo, simbology and history to better understand Sintra’s uniqueness. Certainly recommend the tour and the guide if you want a more mystical tour to understand the symbols hidden in plain sight in the city.
