Diogo was great. Unfortunately I need to use this space to comment on one of your other tour guides. While waiting for our English speaking tour with Diogo I approached another of your guides - I don't know his name but he was leading the 1015 Spanish speaking group that was gathering in the same place we were waiting for Diogo. His demeanor was terrrible and awful. He was rude and dismissive. He was corrosive. I approached him very nicely to ask if his group was the one we were supposed to meet up with to start our tour. His answers were short, rude and completely unprofessional. I wasn't the only one that experienced this. Another person in our group approached him too and were met by the same nasty attitude. I told Diogo about this hoping he would relay it to your company but I'm sure he didn't and I can understand he wouldn't want to piss off a co-worker. But since you sent me this survey I get a chance to tell you. The Spanish speaking tour guide was a terrible first impression of your company and a terrible introduction to the Porto experience.
