Carlota mad the tour not only interesting and informative, but a real pleasure. We loved the fact that she had the backing slides / information in the book she carried. Carlota had a great way of making people remember facts using analogies. We thought the quiz at the end of the tour was such a great way to make us remember where we went and what we learnt. We gave her twice the money we had planned because we thought she deserved it.
