Kenya took us to some great spots that we would have never found ourselves, and introduced us to some new food. She had great knowledge of Jakarta and was very friendly.

Die Food Tour war einfach der Hammer! Kenya war unglaublich herzlich, offen und hat sofort für eine entspannte Atmosphäre gesorgt. Kenya hat uns unheimlich viele spannende Einblicke in die Kultur, die Essgewohnheiten und das Leben vor Ort gegeben. Man hat gemerkt, wie viel Wissen und Leidenschaft dahintersteckt. Wir waren nur zu zweit und hatten dadurch besonders viel Spaß. Es hat sich fast angefühlt, als wäre man mit Freunden unterwegs und nicht auf einer geführten Tour. Auch das Essen war einfach fantastisch. Dank Kenya haben wir so viele verschiedene Gerichte und Spezialitäten probiert – darunter auch einige Dinge, an die ich mich alleine wahrscheinlich nie herangetraut hätte. Und genau das hat die Erfahrung so besonders gemacht. Es war wirklich eine rundum tolle Erfahrung, die uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Ich würde die Tour jederzeit wieder machen und kann sie jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Kenya was a fantastic guide. Everywhere she took us to eat was great and she gave us so much knowledge to understand what to order and eat for the rest of our time in Indonesia. Kenya was so friendly, helpful and insightful, I can't recommend her tour enough!

Kenya is a super nice, outgoing person who speaks perfect English. She showed us the real Indonesian street food. We tasted so many different things and all of them were delicious. Would definitely recommend this tour! .

Great food tour in Jakarta, especially thanks to Kenya. We eated at local streetmarkets and tried food that we would have never tasted on our own. Also a loooot of food, so we were never hungry! Thank you Kenya for the really nice and fun experience 🤗

Great tour, and nice selection of local foods to try! Fajars went above and beyond answering our questions, and has such a calm and friendly demeanor. Highly recommend doing the other city tours with him, too.

Fajars was a great guide and gave an amazing food tour. He explained all the food really well and essentially customized the tour by explaining some options at each stop so we could pick what sounded the best. He also offered some great recommendations for places to go after the tour. His city walking tour is great too!

We had such an amazing time on the food tour in Jakarta with Kenya! She is a super fun, spontaneous and warm tour guide who immediately makes you feel comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious and we loved eating together with her while discovering so many local dishes. Kenya knows so much about Indonesian food, but also about the culture, the city and daily life in Jakarta. What we really loved is that the tour lasted longer than two hours for us – and honestly, we didn’t mind at all because it was such a fun and cozy evening with the whole group. Lots of laughs, great conversations and incredible food. If you’re in Jakarta and love food (or just a great vibe), this tour is 100% recommended. Don’t hesitate, just book it – you won’t regret it!

Had a great time with Kenya. She was very knowledgeable about street food, best locations, quality. She was fun and easy to talk to, we felt very comfortable asking her questions and just getting general info about Jakarta and Indonesia. Would definitely recommend you take this tour, you won’t be disappointed

This was a great intro to Jakarta and Indonesian food. Kenya was so lovely, very fun and informative. I really wasn't a fan of Jakarta but this tour helped me appreciate it much more. We ate so much delicious food, even got to make our own desserts at a streetfood stall! A really fun tour and I only have good things to say about Kenya! Thank you!!

This was an excellent tour! Our guide was a true foodie, which made the experience even more enjoyable. She arrived right on time and shared a wealth of knowledge regarding the history of the dishes and the traditional methods used to prepare them. If you love learning while you eat, this is definitely recommended!

We had an amazing street food tour with Fajars in Jakarta! Earlier the same day we joined his history and culture walking tour, and meeting up again in the evening for the food tour was the perfect combination. Fajars guided us through the busy street food scene, explained each dish and drink, ordered everything for us, and made sure we only tried high-quality, delicious options. As tourists, we would have been completely lost among the many stalls and choices, so exploring it all with a knowledgeable local guide in a small group made the experience even better. It was fun, authentic, and truly memorable. We highly recommend Fajars—and both his regular walking tour and his street food tour!
