I had a great time with Kenya, walking around Jakarta and eating delicious food! She has a passion for her culture and cousine and is the perfect person to go on a food adventure with. I learned so much about not only Indonesian food, but also Indonesian society, history and culture. She's a great conversationalist and this tour was one of the highlights of my time in Jakarta. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic food tour! Kenya asked us beforehand if there was anything specific we wanted to try and tailored the tour to our preferences to make sure we got to taste food we would really enjoy. It was just the two of us, which made the experience feel like a private tour! Apparently, group sizes can vary so you might be part of a larger group. We loved having the tour to ourselves and really enjoyed the amazing variety of food and all the different places we visited. It was a great way to discover local food and explore the city. Highly recommend!

Kenya did such a lovely job. We were 5 people in the end and she based the route and stops on what we would like to eat/ try out. Really enjoyed it and such a nice way to dive into Indonesian cuisine.

We really enjoyed our Night Street Food Tour with Kenia! She is a very open, fun and genuinely friendly person and knows Jakarta very well! We learned a lot, not only about the food, but also about traditions and the common way of life in Jakarta. We have already done quiet some food tours around the world and especially liked the flexibility of Kenias Food Tour: the guests were choosing how much/what (at least somewhat) to eat (of course always with Kenias guidance).

My husband and I have a lot of dietary restrictions so Kenia put together a private tour that was perfect for us. The food was delicious and plentiful. Right from the start, she was friendly and engaging. She spoke about her life and culture, so the whole evening was delightful. We rode around in a Tuk-Tuk which is always fun!! We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the evening - the food and the company and highly recommend Kenia as a tour guide.

Very good food tour! Kenya was so informative, fun, kind, and professional. She was also very flexible and customized our experience according to the group's preferences. We tried many foods like satay, mee goreng, nasi goreng, martabak, soto ayam, and even jamu. One of the best food tours I've been to!

We had an absolutely wonderful street food walking tour with Kenya! ❤️ She was such a lovely, friendly, and knowledgeable guide. She explained everything so well, and we learned so much about Jakarta’s culinary culture, local food, traditions, and everyday life. The tour was not only incredibly interesting, but also so much fun! Kenya made us feel comfortable from the very beginning, and we really enjoyed trying all the different foods and discovering the city through its cuisine. We would absolutely love to do another tour with Kenya in the future and can highly recommend her to anyone visiting Jakarta!

My wife and I booked with Kenya, and it ended being just the two of us which made it an intimidate and tailored experience! Kenya is fluent in english and so much fun to spend a night with! We went to mostly food stalls with a restaurant in between. I liked how beyond just the food, she was also knowledgeable with history/culture as it is all interconnected! She even gave us food recs for the rest of our trip, and genuinely made us feel cared for. I can not recommend this tour enough, everyone should give jakarta food a chance :)

Enjoyed the streetfood tour. It brings you to a streetfood street and try several dishes, optional a bar after.

Great tour, and nice selection of local foods to try! Fajars went above and beyond answering our questions, and has such a calm and friendly demeanor. Highly recommend doing the other city tours with him, too.

Fajars was a great guide and gave an amazing food tour. He explained all the food really well and essentially customized the tour by explaining some options at each stop so we could pick what sounded the best. He also offered some great recommendations for places to go after the tour. His city walking tour is great too!
