Lin was absolutely fantastic. The most understanding and accommodating tour guide we've ever had (and we have travelled a lot!). It was just the 2 of us on the tour, so it felt super personalised. It was a long tour, but it's a big city and so much to take in. It felt so profressional and Lin really knows her stuff. She had a lot to share and was passionate the entire way through the tour. Would highly recomend booking a tour with Lin!! You'll have a great experience :)

Es probablemente el mejor free tour que haya realizado. La guía super profesional, cercana y amable. Nos dió unos cascos individuales para escuchar mejor las explicaciones sin necesidad de estar siempre en corrillo poniendo la oreja, es un gadget super cómodo. Si tuvieras unos auriculares con traducción simultánea se podrían emparejar a su micro y escuchar las explicaciones en tu idioma. Ojalá todos los guías fueran como Lin.

LI was an outstanding guide and really brought us off the beaten path to experience life of locals in Guangzhou. We learned a lot and got to see a lot of local life. Highly recommend!!

Lin shared a lot of information about Guangzhou and culture of the people. We learned a lot! The visit to Bruce Lee s family home was very cool and we also had a pit stop for local dessert!!

The walking tour with Lin was amazing. She walked us through the most scenic places, talking the stories about tradition, customs, superstition, believes. We were not tired at all, because it was very fun and kept our attention. Lin was very knowledgeable and polite, she offered us to make a break if and whenever we need it. I highly encourage everyone to enrol the tour and highly recommend it.

This tour was absolutely fantastic. Lin is amazingly knowledgeable and passionate about the city's history and culture. She is sensible, funny, and incredibly engaging throughout the journey. Due to rainy weather, we had an unplanned stop at the Cantonese Opera Museum. This turned out to be one of my favorite parts of the tour! This proved Lin's flexibility and deep local insight, turning a weather challenge into a unique cultural discovery. Lin taught me so much about Cantonese and Lingnan culture, from architecture and Buddhism to broader aspects of China's heritage. She patiently answered all my questions, making the experience both educational and personal. I am truly grateful for her expertise. To top it all off, at the end of the tour, she provided excellent recommendations for delicious local restaurants, in which I endulged afterward. Overall, this was a perfect blend of planned exploration and spontaneous discovery. Lin is a phenomenal guide, and I would not hesitate to take this tour again on my next visit to Guangzhou. Highly recommended!

Great walk with Lin, ended up doing his separate cooking lesson which was also amazing. Really got to see a side of Chinese culture and food I would never have seen. Especially seeing it with a professional chef so he knew everything. 10/10 would tour with Hans again!

I had the BEST day in Guangzhou with Janet. I’ve done walking tours all over the world, and this was honestly one of my favourites. I loved the mix of walking, public transport, and even bikes! Cycling along the river was a highlight and so much fun. Janet is so lovely and incredibly knowledgeable. I learned so much from her, and she made me feel completely at home in a new city.
