This tour has been a unique experience. Joy really shows you the real Chiang Mai, no the typical touristic places, where you can feel closer to their culture and history. He answered to all of our questions and gave really interesting details about Chiang Mai.
It was a delightful and enriching walk.
Joy was really warm and friendly with us, very professional and fun.
We really really recommend this walk to everyone who wants to know more about the Buddhist culture and the history of the people of the city, with no rush and enjoying the charm of the real Chiang Mai.

The tour is AMAZING! Do it!!! You get to catch a lot of different sides of the city, because you are way faster by bike. And honeslty: I didnât expect it to be this safe and easy to cycle in Chiang Maiâs traffic. San is a great guide. He really overdelivers. His English is very good and his knowledge is incredible. Donât hesitate and get in the bike! ;-)
Few things to keep in mind: better come well fed and stay hydrated. Women may also want to bring clothes to cover up for entering the temples.

Charin is a fount of historical information. Having been a monk his knowledge of Buddhism and the Lanna language are very impressive.
It was a great experience to have him as a guru.
