Ciao! Sono Zhu, originario di Hangzhou, ho conseguito la laurea nel Regno Unito (padroneggiando due volte l'arte del bere il tè!) e ho completato gli studi universitari in Australia (dove ho imparato che non tutto cerca di ucciderti). An amazing free tour of the Grand Canal in Hangzhou! The guide’s knowledge of the canal’s history was outstanding, full of fascinating details and stories that made the past come alive. Das war eine sehr authentische und besondere Tour. Zhou war absolut flexibel, ist total auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und hat nicht nur Historisches erzählt sondern auch viel von dem Leben heute in Hangzhou berichtet und praktische Tipps weitergegeben. Wir bekamen auch viele Tipps für weitere lohnenswerte Ziele rund um den Westlake und einen Geheimtipp für Super Dumplings. Man merkt dass Zhou viel Spaß hat Leute zu treffen und sein Wissen zu teilen. Absolut empfehlenswert!
Zhu was a great guide! He has so much energy and was incredibly enthusiastic about Hangzhou. I love how he wanted to make sure he could answer all my questions, not just about the tour, but about Hangzhou/ China in general as well. He even Googled some extra information for me. I feel like l learned a lot! Thanks so much for sweating around the city with me!
A very recomendable walk, beatiful scenery and enthusiastic guide giving interesting insight into the Canal history and the trepid changes between traditional and modern China.
