Ciao! Sono Zhu, originario di Hangzhou, ho conseguito la laurea nel Regno Unito (padroneggiando due volte l'arte del bere il tè!) e ho completato gli studi universitari in Australia (dove ho imparato che non tutto cerca di ucciderti). A very recomendable walk, beatiful scenery and enthusiastic guide giving interesting insight into the Canal history and the trepid changes between traditional and modern China.
Zhu has been a fantastic guide who became a friend. He tailored his entire trip to us. We loved everything from learning about the Grand Canal to seeing the authentic life at a nearby food market and community buildings. Zhu was so generous. He answered all of our questions with enthusiasm. He was so kind to even help us with an Alipay issue. We finished the tour feeling grateful, fulfilled, and full of energy to keep coming back to see Hangzhou. This was the best tour we could have ever hoped for, and we recommend Zhu as a guide to everyone visiting Hangzhou. His English and interpersonal skills are amazing, and his positive energy shines through
Hai Chuan is an amazing host, exceeds my expectation by leaps and bounds. This young man is very enthusiastic about sharing his city with us. He speaks very good English having lived overseas for 7 years. He shares the history as we walk and also point out great vantage point to talk pictures. Zhu was great. He took us for interesting spots alongside the canal while explaining the history. We like that he took us to the museum as well to visualize the history as well. We'll recommend!!
The guide and the tour were excellent. Zhu is very knowledgeable, The information about the grand canal and its importance were a surprise to us. This tour and its guide are highly recommended.
