Leena was a fantastic tour guide - knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I did the Dharavi tour and what I liked was that she is a local residing in the area. It was fun navigating the small streets and alleyways with her and the tour did not seem rushed. Leena was patient to answer all of my questions. I recommend this tour.

I was on a business trip and decided to do a walking tour before my flight. I had joined another tour but the guide wanted to change the timing upon request by the other guests (which is a family of 5). As the timing didn’t work well for me, I cancelled that tour and joined Sanjay’s. And what a blessing in disguise it was! Despite the fact that I was the only guest, Sanjay provided 5* professional service. He was knowledgeable and entertaining, sharing the history of Mumbai and culture of India as we explored the streets, visiting Bombay Stock Exchange, St Thomas Cathedral, Gateway of India, Taj Mahal Palace Hotel etc. I have done walking tours in different parts of the world and this is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. This was my first time with Nine Tours, and Tejas was my guide. He is a very well behaved person and has a lot of fun facts about the places on the route. He also has amazing eateries suggestions which can come in handy for any food enthusiast.

I was the only guest on my tour with Sanjay so I had a rather personally tailored experience. I cannot praise Sanjay more highly and was the most interesting by far of the various guides I used during my stay in Mumbai. He knows a huge amount about the City including its historians is happy to share all his knowledge. Try to get Sanjay for your tour.

Tejas was a brilliant guide! There was constant communication before the tour started. He took us everywhere, keeping us safe whilst crossing roads and cool in the heat His english is fantastic. We were so comfortable around him and he was able to answer all our questions. He was honest and we really appreciated that. He gave us lots of food recommendations during and after the tour. Wir hatten eine ausgezeichnete Führung in einer kleinen Gruppe zu siebt. Begonnen haben wir mit einer Zugfahrt zum Stand, wo wir mehrere köstliche, vegetarischeKleinigkeiten probiert haben. Anschließend ging es in ein muslimische Viertel, wo es frittiertes Hähnchen zum Essen gab. Geendet hat die wunderschöne Tour beim fantastischen Eisladen des Taj-Icecream-Wallas, dessen Laden schon seit 1887 existiert.

We had a wonderful, almost private walking tour with our fantastic guide, Siddesh. Thanks to the off-season, it felt like a truly personal experience, as there were only three of us. Despite his young age, Siddesh shared deep insights into Dharavi — its daily life, hardworking families, and diverse small businesses. The tour was both informative and adventurous, giving us a glimpse into a place we could never have explored on our own. It offered a meaningful perspective on how Mumbai functions through the efforts of all its residents.

Shivam was very nice, funny and very knowledgable tour guide! He explained and entertained us during the tour! The places were chosen were very particular, depicting busy, daily life of Mumbai.
