About the Tour

Come and spend an unforgettable morning walking through the famous Tsukiji fresh fish market (outer market) and its surroundings. (Note, it is not necessary to get up early for the old tuna auction, since it was moved to another place recently).

In addition of enjoying the lively atmosphere of "street food" in the market alleyways, we can relax in the Hongan-ji Buddhist temple, and if you feel like it and the weather is on our side, we can take a walk through the Hamarikyu Gardens, and their houses Tea, just 7 minutes away from the market.

Tour Summary:

- Hongan-ji Temple 築地本願寺

- Tsukiji Outer Market (the alleys) 築地場外市場

>>> Sushi Zanmai, the best maguro (bluefin tuna) in Tokyo.

>>> Saito Suisan, very fresh oysters to eat at the moment.

>>> Kurokawa, the best tempura in the world.

>>> ... And many other surprises!

- Hamarikyu Gardens 浜離宮恩賜庭園

>>> Nakajima tea case 中島の御茶屋
