I am Gaston! A tour guide from Bariloche. I love living in this city, because there are many natural places to practice many activities, such as trekking, mountain biking. I live here 4 years ago, I speak a little English and very good Portuguese.
Live Bariloche in a natural, active and full of adventure way!
I invite you to walk and climb Cerro Otto , one of the most beautiful and closest hills to the urban area. Just 2 km from the center, we will depart from km 1 of Avenida Pioneros taking the YPF Gas Station as a meeting point.
From there, we immerse ourselves in a beautiful trekking journey towards Cerro Otto to discover the vegetation, the forest in its maximum splendor, reaching viewpoints that will allow us to capture the best views of the region, mountains , lakes , and much more!
The walks are of medium to low difficulty.
The route of the trail will be developed always considering the physical state of the tourist and/or visitor who participates in the activity.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Comfortable footwear (trekking shoes/boots)
- Breathable, comfortable clothing.
- Coat
WEAR:
- 1 liter of water to hydrate.
- Energy food (fruits, banana / orange), cereal bar if you wish.
- Sunscreen and sunglasses if there is a lot of sun.
START AND ARRIVAL:
Meeting point: YPF service station (km1 of Avenida Pioneros)
The tour fee is at the will of the tourist/visitor. For reference, $2,500 Argentines is the minimum required for any half-day excursion.
I will be next to the (YPF Gas Station Service Station) located at kilometer 1 of Avenida Pioneros. To get there from the city center: By Bus, Collective: Take line 50 or 51 of the MiBus Company. Take the same one on Moreno street (between Palacios and Beschedt streets) https://www.mibus.com.ar/bariloche/ By car: Go up 3 blocks from the center heading south to Ángel Gallardo street, from there you turn to the right (west direction) along Belgrano street and from this same route go out to Avenida Pioneros.
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
