Tour description
Discover with us the history and all the secrets of the EU in its capital.
Mundistour invites you to join an essential tour to learn about the history, operation, and most emblematic buildings of the European Union . And what better way to do it than in the capital of this organization.
Brussels, in addition to the capital of Belgium, is also the unofficial capital of the EU and where more buildings dedicated to this body are found. What's more, Brussels has a neighborhood in the center of the city called ¨ the European quarter ¨, and it is not by chance, but because everything there revolves around the organization.
Our tour will start at the central train station and we will head first to the Ravenstein Galleries , hundreds of Belgians cross them daily to go to their government work. Right in front we find the Royal Park , which in addition to being the lungs of the city, divides the political center in two ; on one side, the Belgian power and on the other the European .
We will begin to see embassies and also, if we look at the buildings, dozens of lobbies that exert their influence in this city. We will quickly arrive at one of the most symbolic buildings of the EU, the European Parliament , place of popular representation of the Union. Behind it is the Parque de Leopoldo and the Museum of the History of Europe .
In the final part of our tour we will see buildings as important as the European Commission , the European Council or the Palacio de la Prensa . We will end our tour in another of the impressive places in Brussels: the Fiftieth Anniversary Park and its monument dedicated to the country's independence.
Dare to discover the ins and outs of one of the most important organisms in the world with us.
