Hey! I’m Yoshua Veriel, born and raised in Dar es Salaam. I love showing people the city I grew up in ... the markets, the crafts, and the everyday life that makes Dar special.
My tours are fun, relaxed, and full of stories. I’ll show you the spots locals love, share some laughs, and make sure you get a real taste of the city.
Come hang out with me and see Dar through local eyes!

Tour description
Come join me for a chill walk around some local craft spots. Meet the people who make amazing handmade stuff, see how they do it, and hear the stories behind it.
Great if you like chatting with locals, taking photos, or just seeing something different from the usual tourist spots.
We’ll take it easy and visit local artisans who make everything by hand — from baskets to carvings to colorful textiles.
I’ll introduce you to the makers, tell you their stories, and show you how their work connects to life in Dar.
No rush, just good vibes, cool stories, and a real taste of local craft life.
