Senate square is our meeting point, and it is probably the main tourist attraction, where the history of modern Helsinki begins. Here we will discover the three beautiful buildings around us!

HELSINKI CATHEDRAL
Helsinki Cathedral or the White cathedral is the most famous landmark in the city that you have probably seen pictures of. If the church is open, we can go inside and learn about the religious mindset in Finland. If we are lucky, we can also enjoy some music inside the church!
(8€ entry fee in the summers, so we don’t go inside the church in the summer time)

UNIVERSITY OF HELSINKI
The main building of the university of Helsinki is one of many places in Helsinki that was unfortunally destroyed during world war II. Here we will learn about the Finnish education and find out why it is considered one of the best in the world.
