Hello! I am Juan Carlos, a globetrotting Valencian who loves to travel and share with other travelers all the knowledge, passions, emotions and tastes of any destination, especially those of my city, Valencia. I consider myself a nomadic Valencian, extroverted, friendly, enthusiastic, open-minded, fun, passionate about tourism and design, daring, demanding, a dreamer, involved... I like to live experiences, and that people live experiences, I love knowing every corner of the world, explore, learn, discover, teach, share... in short, live to the fullest.
If you want to discover Valencia and its most beautiful corners and most interesting stories, join the most authentic walking tour in town!
After years of adventures in Europe and other places, I am back home so that we can walk together through the historical and beautiful streets of Valencia so you can take with you the best memories and experiences that "la terreta" has to offer.
We will visit corners, streets and squares, monuments, buildings and gardens that tell stories and legends or even spaces that no longer exist but are part of the past.
Starting with the impressive Serranos Towers and then strolling through the narrow streets, learning about the Spanish Civil War in the 30s or jumping back into the past to discover the Arab legacy of Balansiya, walking through the main noble street and its palaces, the Cathedral, the squares around it and finishing in the Central Market and Silk Market, the nerve centres of gastronomy and history.
This is your moment to discover Valencia :)
You will find me at the door of Torres de Serranos with a Guruwalk board.
