Hello everyone! I am Valeria, Neapolitan, born and raised in the Spanish neighborhood and founder of Around with A Local. In love with Naples and a passionate student of its history, I love sharing who I am and what I know with travelers from all over the world. Graduated from the Oriental of Naples in Languages and Cultures, then I moved to Turin to specialize with a master's degree in International Communication for Tourism. A tireless traveler, I have dedicated my educational career to language learning and tourism. I love visiting places far from my native culture: That's why with Around with a Local we try to create a true cultural and human exchange between travelers. Our goal is to shift attention from classic mass tourism to a more intimate and conscious tourism, aimed at creating an exchange between knowledge and a deep understanding of the places visited. The dialogues between traveler and guide are the key to an experience that looks at the entire territory. Hello everyone! I'm Valeria and I want to invite you to get to know the Rione Sanità with me, who grew up in the heart of Naples!
The Rione Sanità is one of the most suggestive popular neighborhoods of Naples! It contains splendid eighteenth-century architecture, street art by international artists, markets and shops, sacred and profane, art workshops, secret gardens ... There really is everything!
We will cross its main street where the history, traditions and popular culture from ancient times to the present day will be narrated, with a careful look at everything that is also the urban redevelopment and social redemption of the entire neighborhood.

The tour will only take place when 6 people have booked. If there are less than 6 people, you can still do the tour, but with a fixed price of €60 (total to be divided between participants)✌🏼🙆🏻♀️

Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
