Hello everyone! I am Valeria, Neapolitan, born and raised in the Spanish neighborhood and founder of Around with A Local. In love with Naples and a passionate student of its history, I love sharing who I am and what I know with travelers from all over the world. Hello everyone! I'm Valeria and I want to invite you to explore with me the Rione Sanità, which grew in the heart of Naples!

The Rione Sanità is one of the most evocative popular neighborhoods in Naples! It features splendid 18th-century architecture, street art by international artists, markets and shops, the sacred and the profane, art workshops, secret gardens ... There's really everything!
We will walk along its main street where the history, traditions, and popular culture from ancient times to the present day will be narrated, with a keen eye on everything that is also the urban remodeling and social redemption of the entire neighborhood.
