Lima Neighborhood Gastronomic Route - Street Food - Prepare anticucho and taste the Pisco Sour
Tour description
Experience the true Peruvian flavor at the best "Huariques" in Lima.
On this tour, we'll begin at the Plaza de Armas, where we'll visit several must-see spots on your visit to Peru.
Peruvian cuisine is world-renowned for its flavorful dishes, such as anticuchos, mazamorra, picarones, pollo a la brasa, causa rellena , and others. These are just a few of the country's many culinary offerings. We show you their preparation, their history, and you can taste the seasoning of each cook, or as we Peruvians call them , "la señito."
In Peru, there are several "huariques" (secret places) where you can eat delicious and affordable food. Each dish will delight your palate. I guarantee you'll enjoy and savor each typical Peruvian dish.
The only requirement we ask is that you love to eat and learn a little about Peruvian cuisine; and most importantly, we have fun together.
We'll conclude the tour with a pisco sour class, where we'll sample different flavors of pisco, including lemon, passion fruit, mango, and pineapple pisco, among others.
