Tour description
Iconic London in a Coronation year!
If you want to see the Iconic London sites this is the tour for you!
London has so much to offer magnificent monuments, royal palaces and architecture wonders that few cities can match. This is royal London, come on tour with me.
The tour follows King Charles III’s processional route for the Coronation.
The route from Buckingham Palace, along the Mall, into Trafalgar Square and down Whitehall to Westminster Abbey.
Royal London has over a 1000 years of history from the creation of the Palace of Westminster and Westminster Abbey.
In the early years monarchs were invincible, ruling England with an iron fist.
In the 17th century the Monarchy changed forever, with Parliament ruling England.
During the 19th century Great Britain was all powerful with victories over France.
The British Empire was all conquering, then came it’s downfall.
Throughout the 70 year reign of Queen Elizabeth II, we saw many changes creating a monarchy for the 21st Century.
Find out how she created the monarchy of today.
Will Charles III go further?
What will Camilla be like as our Queen Consort?
Come hear the stories of the past, the controversy, the royal gossip……this is Royal London!
There will plenty of opportunities to stop to take photographs along the route.
Come see the British pomp and ceremony and, if available, The Changing of the Guards.
