Jill was an enthusiastic guide, answered questions and showed respect to all on the tour. She got giddy when Prince William passed in his car, which shows she still has excitement about her job.

Alex was knowledgeable and sometimes fun. I found his Palestinian flag pin to be offensive. His clothing was visibly dirty and shoes ripped. I felt a guide should have adhered to more appropriate rules of dressing. Showing his political views by wearing Palestinian flag was highly inappropriate.

Jill is very nice, we had a fun walk where we were presented a lot of non-standard knowledge about the royality and the buildings, without the tacky stuff. Easily the best tour i ever took!

Great City of London tour. Guide Ben was very knowledgeable and kept the group together always checking for stragglers. Great sights, Tower of London, Monument, St Paul’s Cathedral. Bank of England. Even tho I’m a Londoner I found out a lot of interesting info

Theo is extremely knowledgeable about both the history and fun unhinged anecdotes connected to the city, making a very fun learning experience.
