Forodhani Park is a popular public space located along the seafront in Stone Town, Zanzibar, Tanzania. It is a vibrant hub that offers a beautiful view of the Indian Ocean and serves as a gathering place for both locals and tourists. The park is well-known for its evening food market, where a variety of local dishes, including freshly grilled seafood, Zanzibari pizza, and sugar cane juice, are served.

Old Fort of Zanzibar
The Old Fort, also known as Ngome Kongwe, is one of the most significant historical landmarks in Stone Town, Zanzibar. It is located next to Forodhani Park and opposite the House of Wonders, forming a part of the city’s historical seafront. Built in the late 17th century by the Omani Arabs, the fort originally served as a defense against the Portuguese.

The Old Customs House is a historic building located along the seafront in Stone Town, Zanzibar, near other notable landmarks such as the Old Fort and Forodhani Park. Built in the late 19th century during the Omani Sultanate’s rule over Zanzibar, the building played a central role in the island’s bustling trade and commerce.
