I will take you to one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Kathmandu Durbar Square (ancient royal palace)
I will take you to Sigal (Shree Ghar) Buddhist stupa, Bange Mudha, Local Market (Asan), Indrachowk, and the ancient Royal Palace area of Hanuman Dhoka by walking from Thamel.
I provide you with ancient historical information as you visit the Hanuman Dhoka royal palace, where you can see many temples and shrines, including the most crucial living goddess, Kumari.
You will enjoy a crowd of locals shopping in the local market, and see what is sold there: traditional Newari architecture and wood carvings, historic buildings, and more.
After walking, seeing cultural heritage and more, and learning about Nepalese history, culture, and religion, I will drop you off at your place or anywhere you wish.

Guiding since 2023Namaste! I am Rajesh Thapaliya, working in the Nepalese tourism since 2000. I was born in a small village outside Kathmandu and came to Kathmandu for further study at university after high school.
I started working in the Nepali tourism industry as a trekking porter for two years and then guided travelers to Nepalese historical sites after obtaining a tour guide license.
