Fantastic tour!

Aiguerim (Or just Any for short) was one of the greatest walking tour guides I’ve met. She was very knowledgeable, speaks excellent English and was patient. Although the tour was very long, starting at 11am and didn’t finish until 3:30pm, it didn’t feel like over 4 hours at all. The tour was full of useful information and interesting histories. Highly recommended!

A very good tour of Almaty. It was supposed to be 2 hours but ended up nearly 4! The information regarding Kazakhstan was thorough & most interesting. To be honest Almaty does not have that many sights, so Karakoz did well to keep us entertained.

Aiguerim (Amy) was the most bubbly and informative tour guide we’ve had. She was so knowledgeable, interesting and was extremely helpful with recommendations and answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend the tour. It was the best way to start our trip in Almaty.

This is a great introduction to Almaty. Aiguerim had so many stories for each place we visited, she was fun and very personable. This was one of the best free tours I've been on. The guide was incredibly informative, with both historical and present-day information, and was always ready with a personal antidote. She was able to answer all our questions and was incredibly charismatic. She even extended our tour an hour at our request to fit in all our questions!

Karakoz is a very enthusiastic and bubbly young lady. She speaks fluent English and gives full information on the Country of Kazakhstan and the City of Almaty. After the tour we joined her for a beer.

Aiguerim provided an extensive tour of Almaty, around 4 hours, I actually think it was more! It was a pleasure listening to her, as her speaking and presentation style is very easy to follow and she provided a good balance between the history of Kazakhstan, cultural activity (trying and explaining things in the green bazar), pointing out main buildings and statues and their purpose, plus some personal anecdotes. I would definitely recommend a walking tour with Aiguerim.

Aiguerim trasmite. Comunica muy bien, con sentido del humor aunque sean 4 horas no se hace nada pesado el tour. Es dinámica y divertida. La recomiendo sin dudarlo.
