We are honoured to have joined to join Bal's first tour! She has such great energy and made everyone feel comfortable right away. The tour felt more like exploring the city with a local friend, we could chat about pretty much anything, and she mixed history with funny stories, local culture, memes, and pop culture, which kept everything interesting. The best part was that she genuinely cared about helping us beyond the tour itself. She stayed in touch afterward and gave us great advice on the best way to get from Almaty to Ürümqi, which made the next part of our trip so much easier. If you're in Almaty, definitely book a walk with Bal. You'll learn a lot and leave feeling like you've made a new friend.

One of the best walking tours I’ve had. I’ve done dozens of walking tours around the world, and Aigana’s tour was truly one of the best. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about Kazakhstan and Almaty’s history and brought it to life with fun stories that kept the whole experience engaging from start to finish. Beyond her expertise, Aigana is a genuinely lovely person, our tour was on a hot day and she even brought water for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. Her English is fluent, so communication was effortless. Highly recommend Aigana’s tour to anyone visiting Almaty. You’ll leave knowing the city’s history, appreciate the streets you walk on and buildings surrounding you, and feeling like you spent the day with a friend.

I have had a great experience with the guides I have chosen through your app in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan and Auiguerim proved that they hold high standards of professionalism with a patient and friendly attitude . When talking about Auiguerim the qualities of a highly professional guide come to mind I used to be a tour guide myself and I am speaking in that capacity as well. It was my second time with Auiguerim as I was with her a year ago when I visited Almaty for the first time when I saw she was still working as a guide I decided to join her on another tour And she ticks all the boxes of what a highly professional guide should have in the way of qualities. She has an excellent command of English Her knowledge of her city, of her country of the customs and traditions is really impressive, delivered in her flawless English, in a measured peace and in a confident voice . She is attentive to the questions of the group participants being friendly with everybody and offering help. She makes you want to listen to her and ask questions. I loved the itinerary chosen this time round as Almaty in general is a hot city in summer Auiguerim made sure she took us around by choosing places in the shade. Before we joined the group Auiguerim sent us a comprehensive document with what the tour was about and a lot of additional information Even after the the tour ended I saw the queue filing up with the group members asking questions about some practical issues involving their travel around Kazakhstan Auiguerim holds high standards in her profession she should be proud of herself and I would not hesitate to recommend her to any prospective traveller

Only me and Armat were there. But still it was a wonderful experience. We did a tour in our own tempo. There were a lot of amazing details, unknown facts and hidden games about Almaty history and streets. As well as I asked Armat questions, he questioned me about my home country, so we could compare different things and chat about it. Overall it was an amazing experience. Thanks Armat!

Amy was genuinely one of the best tour guides we’ve had. She had so much knowledge about everything Kazakhstan and more! Every question we asked was answered with immense detail. She really took care of us, noticing when our water bottles were empty and guiding us to somewhere to fill them up or buy a new bottle, also ensuring all explanations were done in a shaded area (we’re Irish so this was very important ha!) I can’t recommend this tour with Amy enough!
