Join me for a Free Walking Tour of Gangnam, one of the richest areas in Seoul and South Korea. Learn about the history of Gangnam and its present-day story. This tour goes over history of Korea, Seoul, Gangnam and modern life in Korea. Learn why South Korea is the plastic surgery capital of the world. Hear some fun facts and stories about modern Korea. 


This Free Walking Tour takes close to three hours. During this tour we will see the most of the main sites in Gangnam, allowing you to take photos of: 

1.       Bongeunsa temple 

2.       COEX Mall Library 

3.       Statue of "Gangnam Style" SONG

4.       Seolleung and Jeongneung Royal Tombs 

5.       Samseong Food and Culture Street.

    Meet me and the rest of the group at Exit 7 on "Bongeunsa" Train station in Gangnam. You can reach "Bongeunsa" train station by taking the 9 train line. I will wait for you outside of exit 7. Across the "Paul Bassett" coffee shop.

Fantastic walking tour with Mark! Mark is very personable and knowledgeable. Even though it was a really cold day, we were distracted by Mark’s warm hospitality. He shared many interesting facts and stories as we strolled along. I highly recommend this tour!
