Our Osaka tour with Lucy was great! Lucy was really engaging throughout the tour. She told entertaining stories and broke down history in easily understandable ways. She was considerate of our group and she made sure we could hear her at each stop. We also appreciated the food and other activity recommendations. Decent tour, however the guide was not Japanese, and the group was too large (couldn't hear sometimes, and the group often blocked the sidewalk).
