Carrasco town y Mercado Arocena

I was very happy to have the opportunity to take a guided tour of a lesser walked tourist area, and I was especially happy by the quality of the tour in the information that Paola provided. Having participated in several walking tours in the old city and Centro, this tour allowed me to explore a different part of Montevideo in detail, and exposed me to some cool areas that I came back to on my own afterwards. Paola added a lot of the much needed context that helped me connect the dots between the history and development of Montevideo. Thank you!

El tour fue fantástico. Nos encontramos frente al hotel Sofitel con Paola, hicimos un recorrido dentro del lujoso hotel y luego caminamos varias cuadras por los sitios más iconicos del barrio de Carrasco entre los que se destacan la Iglesia Stella Maris y el bar Arocena entre otros. Realmente recomendable.
