I was born and raised in Recoleta. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and am a city guide. I love tourism; it's my calling. I like to share my passion on every tour so you can enjoy an unforgettable experience and feel like a local. Unlike most crowded tours, where tourists are simply numbers, not people, my tours are run in small groups of up to five people. This way, we can chat and make friends, making this tour much more enjoyable. I can answer all your questions, offer suggestions, and break the ice, leaving you with a smile and a beautiful memory of this trip!

Tour description

We enter the Shopping Recoleta Mall, where you can shop if you wish, and we will enjoy an aerial view of the Recoleta Cemetery.

[Interesting fact: the cemetery, with the entrance fee, offers free guided tours in Spanish every hour from the main entrance: Monday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm; Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 9 am to 4 pm]

We leave there, walk towards the Faculty of Engineering to appreciate an exterior view of this neo-Gothic style building, and then head towards Guido Street, where you can take beautiful photos on the steps of the place, and a few meters ahead we will see the British Embassy Palace. We cross the Recoleta Island to head to Mitre Park. We continue walking to reach the Floralis Genérica. We continue our tour along Av. Figueroa Alcorta towards the Faculty of Law. Then we continue over the pedestrian bridge where we can enjoy a spectacular view of the city. We proceed to Plaza Francia where we end our walk at the old "Gomero de la Recoleta" tree in front of the emblematic café La Biela.
Additionally:
*Monday to Friday we visit the Automobile Club Museum (except on holidays).
*Wednesday to Friday on the afternoon tour we visit the Errázuriz Palace
