1. Duration: The tour takes approximately 2 hours and depending on certain conditions (crowds, weather conditions) this may last up to 2.5 hours.

2. Age: Some of the tour spots may not be children / teenagers friendly. We do not accept participation by / with underaged guests in our Shinjuku tour. This is our internal policy for Shinjuku tour and underaged is considered to be below 18.

3. No Show / Last Minute Cancellation or Booking Modification: We may not be able to accept a booking request from a person with such booking history with us in the future. "Last Minute" refers to within 5 hours prior to the tour start.
