If you want to see the real shinjuku night life and understand what you’re seeing this an absolute MUST tour (and you should hope that Gray will be tour guide.)

Very interesting and unique tour. Sarah was a wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly guide. As well as Sarah’s excellent, extensive knowledge I enjoyed seeing things like the 3d cat, the Godzilla and the love hotels. Highly recommend.

Not my cup of tea, I expected more information about Shinjuku and Tokyo, also about Japanese culture. For me the tour was lacking

It was fun! Giovanni explained us the dar side of the Shinjuku district with Kabukicho. All the facts about gambling, prostutution, host bussiness etc. were really shocking. He also showed us nice spots for dinner and drink alley. We recommend Giovanni's tour!

Fun, informative, friendly, nice guy!!

Eric took us on a tour that really opened our eyes to the social culture of Japan. The bars, food and social life were very interesting. He showed us the darker side of the “host and hostess “ trade. He explained how Japanese society accepts underage hosting. Many in our group were very disturbed by this. He provided and excellent tour and answered all questions and also made suggestions for our visit to Tokyo.

Really loved Oriette! She gave us so much knowledge that I was not aware of and answered all of our questions in an open, friendly and respectful manner. It was so great being able to see Shinjuku with a guide who could provide context and background information. She also continued to make sure the group was all together and safe. I also would like to information this tour was a great way to meet other travellers to go out for a drink with after! Would highly recommend to anyone.

A really interesting tour of the darker side of Shinjuku with a tour guide who was knowledgeable, interesting, and entertaining. Although some of the facts are disturbing, I recommend the tour.
